Professional and Technical
- Minimum 10 years of experience in private banking
- 8+ years’ experience with agile delivery approaches (e.g., Scrum,SAFe), ideally working experience as a product owner or similar role
- Experience in working with T24 or any core banking platform preferred
- Through understanding of private banking value chain and good understanding of core processes such as advisory and investment management and the typical PB product landscape
- Strong expertise in digital products and services in Private Banking (e.g. Digital Advisory)
- Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement assertiveness
- Experience in finding operational synergies and performing impact analysis on business models, tools and processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and taking a hands-on approach
- Work location - Changi Business Park (CBP)
