- Collaborate with teams across procurement, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product/service developments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in selling and marketing relevant products and services to institutions.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong drive for success.
- Friendly and outgoing with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of a Diploma in any discipline with 1-3 years of experience in business development, account management, or relationship building.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and engagements.
