- In charge of registration of patients
- Scheduling of appointments
- Assist patients with the self registration
- Attend to patients' enquiries and needs
- Handling of phone calls and ad-hoc admin duties
Requirements:
- Min. 'O' Levels / NITEC
- Exp in customer service is preferred
Working hours: 5.5 days, office hours
