Executive Director, Head of Singapore based Industrial Clients

Key Responsibilities

· Work with Colliers leadership to prepare and execute on the vision, strategy, and plan aimed at achieving a market leader position in the Singapore Industrial Real Estate sector.

· Generate agency business in the leasing and sale/acquisition of industrial or related properties on behalf of vendors/landlords and occupiers/tenants.

· Lead, develop and grow the Industrial Services team.

· Service existing clients, nurture client relationships and cultivate repeat business and referral.

· Networking and relationship management with key officials and landlords.

· Participate actively in industry events and panels to enhance the Colliers Industrial Services brand.

· Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure increase in inbound and outbound opportunities

· Develop and grow Colliers visibility and relationships across multiple levels with the clients.


Core Competencies & Role Requirements:

· At least 10 years’ relevant experience in Real Estate consultancy.

· Strong track record of working successfully with multi-disciplinary teams in a matrixed business environment.

· Demonstrable leadership skills with over 10 years’ experience managing a team. Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges.

· The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in building new prospects and maintaining existing European clients in Singapore, therefore fluency in English and an European language is highly preferred.

· Strong client-facing, business network and presentation skills.

· Prior talent representation, and/or capital market and investment services skills in Asia are essential to be successful in this role.
