Our client, a Singapore state owned entity (SOE) within the manufacturing industry is currently seeking for a Finance Manager to lead their newly created entity.
Leading a team of 2, the Finance Manager will lead the business transformation and support with the Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) and Post Merger Integrations (PMI). Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Manager will formulate standard operating procedures (SOP) and policies while leading the finance, tax and treasury due diligence for the newly created entity.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Degree in Accountancy from a reputable university
- At least 6 years working experience in manufacturing industry or related field
- Experience in Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) and/or Post Merger Integrations (PMI)
- Experience in Big 4 Auditing firm would be a strong advantage
- Meticulous and organized individuals who can meet tight reporting deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable in SFRS standards
- A candidate with Manufacturing accounting experience will be preferred (knowledge in Syteline or Cognos is a plus)
