- Salary: $4000- $6000 + 1 month completion bonus
Summary
Potential candidates who are experienced in managing enterprise networks, managing IT projects and are comfortable engaging various stakeholders, working in teams and independently, self-motivated, pro-active, possess good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, VPN, Firewalls and Load Balancers.
- Expected to adopt the ITSM processes in your operational role, including but not limited:
- To processing change requests, contract management, vendor management, inventory management, stakeholder management, equipment maintenance/inspections, fault/incident reporting, escalation, troubleshooting and essential tasks.
- Responsible for and managed a network (i.e. competency and confidence in configuration of network equipment, network monitoring, advanced Level 2 troubleshooting) which counts as hands on experience.
- Manage projects, including but not limited to requirement gathering, budgeting, procurement, evaluation, and implementation.
Requirements
- Minimally a Diploma in IT, Information Systems, or IT related majors
- Minimum 2-year relevant experience in managing enterprise networks with project management skills.
- Required hands on experience on enterprise networks
