Job Duties:
- Provide support in talent acquisition
- Managing all operational aspects of employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including interns
- Regular maintenance of employees database
- Coordinate payroll related activities with external payroll service providers including income tax reporting
- Ensure timely processing of monthly payroll
- Provide support in HR data analysis and insights for decision-making
- Enhancing and streamlining workflow process through digitalization and automation
- Providing support on HR Governance-related topic to ensure compliance with internal process and procedures
- Assist in reviewing training needs analysis in alignment with employees’ training and development needs to ensure highest quality of learner experience
- Coordinate and administer all learning and development programs
- Planning and executing of company events
- Marketing of events to employees, creating interests and participation
- Support requests of Internal and External Auditors pertaining to HR-related matters
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
