Position: Senior Interior Designer
Location: Bendemeer
Salary : 5K + Commission
Responsibilities:
- Develop and present creative design concepts for apartments and villas to meet client needs and desires.
- Create detailed design plans based on client requirements and project goals, including layout, color schemes, and material selection.
- Produce and present 3D renderings to help clients visualize the design.
- Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain communication with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other design team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise construction sites, ensuring the correct implementation of design plans and resolving any on-site issues.
- Create detailed construction drawings and technical specifications to guide construction and installation.
- Select and procure appropriate materials and products, ensuring they meet design requirements and quality standards.
- Inspect the construction process and final outcomes to ensure all work meets design standards and client expectations.
- Participate in the final acceptance of projects, ensuring they meet the design plans and client needs, completing project delivery.
- Enhance the company's market visibility and business scope through showcasing design work and participating in industry exhibitions.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients, understanding their subsequent needs, and seeking long-term cooperation opportunities.
- Lead and train design team members, improving the overall design level and work efficiency of the team.
- Review team members' design plans, providing guidance and feedback to ensure design quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or related fields.
- Over 5 years of working experience in interior design, with extensive project management experience, particularly in designing apartments and villas.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Photoshop.
- Excellent design skills and innovative thinking, capable of completing design projects independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively manage and coordinate various resources.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in leading and training a team is preferred.
