SUMMARY
This role supports all aspects of corporate communications. You will play a pivotal role in internal and external communications initiatives, and oversee relevant agencies to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
THE ROLE
Create and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives and values.
Engage stakeholders to ensure the launch of timely and accurate news and info (internal and external media).
Build a corporate image that is progressive, innovative, expansionist, and sustainability-focused
Oversee internal communications including employee newsletters, town halls, and social media channels.
Create and manage content for various communication channels.
Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, industry influencers, and stakeholders
Manage media relations and inquiries, including crisis management.
Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to mitigate reputational risks.
Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure effectiveness of strategies.
Appoint, lead and manage relevant agencies for overall communication goals and brand vision.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience of 6-8 years in communications, public relations, media relations, crisis management and stakeholder engagement.
Experience in developing and executing communications strategies, digital content creation and social media management.
Strong attention to details with excellent organizational skills.
A creative and collaborative self-starter with tenacity in problem solving and is comfortable in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
