Job description
We are looking for Purchasing officer, for our day to day operations.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Monitor inventory level, determine reorder quantities
2.Processing of Purchase Orders and maintaining vendor's price list in system
3.Work with suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled.
4.Work closely with sales team on customers forecast and requirements
5.Ensure receiving of goods are updated daily
6.Monitor market trends and prices for all products
Requirements
- 1.Minimum GCE "O" Level / Diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experienced in sourcing and purchasing preferred
- A good team player with a positive working attitude
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
