Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth equity and financial research to support investment decisions.
- Analyse financial data and trends to produce forecasts and equity research reports.
- Evaluate investment opportunities in various markets with a focus on both short-term and long-term gains.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop investment strategies and recommendations.
- Present research findings and investment proposals to senior management and clients.
- Stay abreast of market developments and financial news, especially in sectors of expertise.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in research methodologies and financial analysis.
Requirements:
- Master of Science in Finance or Applied Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment research, equity research, or related financial research in China, Hongkong, Taiwan market
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling, analysis, and equity valuation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and presentation.
- Advanced knowledge of financial databases and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions based on sound analysis.
