Digital Marketing Specialist, RMS APAC

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping ZEISS's digital presence across a diverse range of international markets. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, nurturing brand awareness, and overseeing the sales funnel to ensure a steady stream of qualified leads. As a central point of contact for digital marketing across regions, you will troubleshoot issues and liaise with HQ to maintain optimal campaign performance. This role requires a keen eye for design, a meticulous approach to budget management, and the ability to leverage data analytics to continuously optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI.


Main Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for assigned countries,
considering local market nuances.

2. Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook

Ads, and TikTok Ads. This includes:

  • Conducting in-depth keyword research and audience targeting.
  • Crafting compelling ad copy and creatives (with a keen eye for design).
  • Optimizing bidding strategies and budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Regularly analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven adjustments

3. Oversee the sales funnel, ensuring a constant flow of qualified leads.

4. Build and nurture brand awareness for ZEISS in assigned regions through targeted campaigns.

5. Create and manage email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools.

6. Develop and maintain high-converting landing pages.

7. Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, content) to ensure campaign alignment and success.

8. Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting digital marketing issues between countries and HQ.

9. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

10. Meticulously manage advertising budgets across all assigned countries.


Key Requirements

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or any related field
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising (SEA).
  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent understanding of marketing automation platforms and email marketing best practices.
  • Experience creating and managing landing pages.
  • A keen eye for design and a passion for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt marketing strategies for diverse regions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
