Responsibilities:
· Manage full-set of accounts & maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
· Prepare for and cooperate with internal and external audits
· Implement audit recommendations
· Generate periodic management reports
· Cashflow management and budgeting matters
· Provide financial insights to the management team
· Prepare and file tax and GST returns in compliance with regulations
· Stay updated on tax laws and regulations
· HR duties (manage payroll processes, work pass application, CPF matters)
· Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employee records, and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
· Any other HR/Admin duties assigned
Requirements:
· Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or related fields
· Possess at least 5 years of experience in both Finance & HR experience required
· Possess people management skills or leadership skills
