Job Summary
Assist with SuccessFactors LMS administration, managing internal and external learning registrations, and rolling out 360 feedback exercises. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required. Previous experience with SuccessFactors LMS and learning operations is a plus. Must be meticulous, independent, and commit for the full 3 months contract.
Responsibilities
- Help with administration work with regard to the SuccessFactors Learning Management system, such as External Learning Requests, oversee and manage internal and external learning registrations etc.
- Assist in rolling out 360 feedback exercise
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by RO
Requirements
- Good proficiency with Excel, power pivot or similar reporting tools, PowerPoint and comfortable working with large data sets
- Past exposure to the SuccessFactors Learning Management System, learning operations will be an advantage
- Meticulous and independent worker who is able to take instructions effectively and execute
- Good communications skills
- Need to commit for the full 3 months
