Coordinator, M&E

Responsibilities:

1. To assist in supervising and coordinating M&E services work and to work closely with other departments to meet the project / tender schedules
2. To execute ELV works in building construction
3. To handle project supervision and documentation
4. To engage and liase with sub-contractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress etc.
5. Required to attend progress/site/meeting as and when required
6. Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulation
7. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirements

1. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Construction industry
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
