Responsibilities:
· To review on Sales and payment.
· To review manual journal and highlight to management if any issues
· Finalize financial statement in compliance with the Financial Reporting Standards of Singapore (FRS), accounts receivables, accounts payables, bank reconciliations and any other related reports.
· Handle full sets of accounts up to balance sheet, and yearly financial statement
· Corp secretary duties
· To monitor and provide weekly cashflow report
· to review GST computation and file quarterly GST return.
· Handle Staff salary /CPF and IR8A
· Staff recruitment
· Any other duties assigned by superior
Requirements
· Good team player
· Minimum advance diploma/ degree in accounting
· Minimum 3 years with relevant experience
· Microsoft Office proficient
· Able to work independently
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience in Xero Accounting will be greatly valued
· Detail orientated, self-motivated and organized
