Customer Service Officer (Logistics - SAP)
Working Location: Gul Lane
Working Hours: Office Hours 830am-5pm
Salary: $3-4k
contract: 6months or 1 year
completion bonus: 0.5 month or 1 month (depends on tenure)
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders/enquiries daily (avg 50-70 orders per day) by Email, fax, or phone call.
- Coordinate with internal department to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve arising issues in a timely manner.
- Handle export shipments for intercompany and direct overseas customers.
- Prepare the shipping document for local and export shipment.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in any discipline with 1 year of relevant experience.
- Logistics knowledge and understanding import/export preferred.
- Required chemical industry experience.
- Handling chemicals documentations and deliveries.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Proficient in SAP.
