* Responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities in the Asia-Pacific rim (region).
* To break into and follow-up on new market lead & potentials and market penetration for Factory Automation (FA) projects as well as Smart-Factory & AI Platforms.
* To assist and support the CEO Office mapping out sales strategies and sales plan for the FA projects & alike.
*To be the window person and key interface interpreting the customer’s requirements, URS and translating them into sales plans and proposals.
*To lead the sale team & responsible for its day-to-day activities, strategies, forecasting & reporting.
*To follow-up on customer’s enquiries, develop proposals, quotations and conduct sales presentations and visitations.
* To conduct business visitations, sales/marketing presentations and follow-up on potential leads and customers promoting the integration of factory automation & AI as well as to introduce Kowa Skymech engineering capabilities to the regional markets.
*To continually generate and track all sales, marketing activities and promotions for the Factory Automation Projects & related industries’ needs, and be responsible for the Region’s forecasting.
*In-liaison and work closely with the Skymech Engineering Team to integrate the customer’s requirements with our engineering strengths to generate and deliver the best solution for the customer.
* To collate and evaluate market activities and competitive information, identify trends that may influence current and future growth in regional sales and profitability.
