Our client, one of the most famous Japanese ship owner and ship management company is looking for an HR and Admin Executive.
➤Admin Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintenance of office facilities, and stationery and pantry purchases
- Arrange local and overseas courier services
- Administer relocation of expatriates
- Make travel arrangements
- Arrange hotel accommodation for visitors
- Contact IT vendor for related issues
- Office administration duties
- Other duties assigned
➤HR Responsibilities:
- Administer HR matters including benefits, claims, leave, work pass matters, insurance, and maintenance of employee data
- Update market information and MOM regulations by oneself to provide correct information with employees
- Organize company functions like conducting seminars and training
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirements :
- Diploma in HR related fields with 1 to 2 years of HR related experiences
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and well-organized person
- Patient, responsible, and initiative person in works
- Language ability in Japanese language would be a plus point to liaise with Japan HQ (NOT a must)
