Position : Marketing Executive (1 Year Contract)
Overview:
The position is responsible for delivering effective, on-brand, and on-strategy creative aesthetic for offline and online collaterals. The Marketing Executive reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with members of the Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
• To be a brand ambassador to ensure that all touchpoints are protected and aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to lead, create and manage content for Newsletter (weekly), Social Media Scheduled Posts (FB & IG - posts & stories), EDM and more.
• Planning, implementing and evaluating effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns, such as search engine optimization (SEO), Search engine marketing (SEM), social media, etc.
• Provide analytics, insights and improvement actions for all digital channels to ensure delivery of business goals.
• Produce the design and production for offline collaterals, websites, product graphics, web logos, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates.
• To play the role of Content Creator, curating content in different formats (images, GIFs, videos, memes, animations, etc.) and adaptations (for different platforms) that connects to customers.
• To complete daily design-related work assignments (i.e., orders which require customizations).
• Work with members of the marketing team and manage digital marketing platforms, including, company’s website, social media, email marketing, display ads, etc.
• Work with external agencies/developers to ensure aesthetics also are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards. Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision.
• Work with the Marketing team to translate marketing requirements and compelling campaign concepts into effective designs.
• Translate wireframes into simple, easy-to-use user interfaces.
• Ensure consistency of brand and creativity across digital customer touchpoints.
• Support company’s internal sales and events campaign activities.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and activities.
• Assist in duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.
Requirement:
• Degree in Marketing / Communications / Business or equivalent
• 1- 2 years of related experience is an advantage but not a must
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practice
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
