What will you be doing?
- Assist new customers at the counters and provide information about the services and answer inquiries.
- Answer reception phone calls and write down information.
- Capture incoming and outgoing vehicle details (Weight, No. of Pax, etc.) into the weighbridge system.
- Tally operations weighing details with the weighbridge details.
- Retrieve or create customer details via the system to create a payment voucher.
- Verify the accuracy of payment details.
- Initiate/verify authentication approval for payment.
- Handle customer issues and feedback to reflect to the management for review and improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions in both digital and physical formats.
- Regularly update and maintain customer and transaction records to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the operations team, drivers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide general administrative support for office consumables.
- Provide administrative support to operations and fleets.
