Responsibilities:
- The Human Resource Management Unit partners with the line divisions on the delivery of various HR strategies/ initiatives and policies to achieve our organisational goals. We are also internal consultants to management and employees on HR related matters.
- As a HR Temp Assistant, you will be involved mainly in providing administrative and logistical support in the areas of recruitment for the HR Management team.
- You may also be tasked with supporting some of the HR events, such as sourcing for quotes, designing EDMs and providing logistical support.
Requirements:
• A’Levels / Diploma holder and above
• Relevant working experience in HR related functions is preferred;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook;
• Meticulous, and able to work independently and efficiently; and
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
6-month Contract
Salary: $11 to $18/hour
Working Hours:
Mon to Thurs: 8.30 am to 6pm
Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
