Job Responsibilities
- Give professional advice on product and service queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Work with the commercial team as a lens expert, advising eye care practitioners and colleagues.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, Facebook Messenger, and other channels.
- Provide troubleshooting support over the phone or sometimes on-site.
- Handle incoming calls or inquiries from customers.
- Resolve customer disputes or complaints.
- Address customer queries or complaints via phone, email, or other platforms.
- Support order entries placed via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Help customers check job status and provide updates.
- Assist the marketing and professional affairs team with administrative tasks for campaigns.
Requirements
- Diploma in Optometry or Opticianry certification
- 3 years relation work experience or optical retail experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
