The role
You will be involved in the development of a fashion collection from scratch to presentation. You will be responsible for assisting the Design and Development team in every aspect of the process from design ideation to sample development, preparation of garments for fittings and daily adhoc administrative tasks. This is a multi-faceted role that requires a dynamic individual with initiative - one who thrives in a fast paced and exciting environment but can remain calm under pressure.

Main responsibilities
Design
- Assisting Design team during Monthly Buying session
- Preparing line sheets and facilitate work flow during buying session as needed
- Creating technical flat drawing and hand sketches for presentation boards and tech packs.
- Supporting design team post buying session with required follow-ups
- Responsible for organising and maintaining fabric swatch library and trims.
Product Development
- Support product developers during fitting sessions by preparing the garments before and after each fitting session
- Maintain our online library of garment costing sheets and graded specs
Design & Development Operations
- Specifying design attributes of garments and documenting the information into internal platform
- Supporting our daily logistical needs via the packing and unpacking of shipment parcels
- Maintaining the archive room on weekly basis
- Preparing garments needed for photoshoot
- Performing additional duties and assignments, as requested.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's graduate or relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good eye for detail, with a genuine interest in products and understanding how the industry works
- Highly organised and able to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
