As an Operation Engineer, you would need to collaborate with Product Owners and Product Principals to manage, deliver, and operate the cloud-based network management platform. This role involves working with Central ICT Infrastructure capability centres to manage and operate on-premise components of the network management platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for optimizing performance and efficiency.
- Working hours : Monday- Friday 8.30am- 6pm

- Salary Package : Up to SGD5500 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain operational systems and infrastructure.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the entire platform, including configuration, troubleshooting, and desktop support. Oversee cloud-based endpoints and internet connectivity
- Ensure all endpoints are linked to the cloud, providing internet-centric support, deskside assistance, general network support, and firewall management. Collaborate with network, system, and server engineers, and liaise with vendors and cloud service providers.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on operational systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in managing and operating enterprise level ICT infrastructure for network services.
- Strong knowledge of operational systems, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in systems administration and IT infrastructure management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
