About the Client
Our client is a reputed System Integrator.
Responsibilities
· Gather business and/or application requirements on the infrastructure.
· Conduct impact analysis, suggest design/re-design to integrate the change into the existing environment.
· Test systems in accordance with specifications & service level.
· Perform the necessary system programming & configuration.
· Manage systems changes through established change request process & provide status reports to the relevant parties.
· Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated.
Skills/Requirement
· Strong hands-on experience in to-Veritas NetBackup Ent, EMC Avamar/Networker, Wintel, Linux, VMWare, Storage,
· Must have a strong understanding of ITIL procedures and ITIL best practices.
· Strong exposure into ITSM methodologies (e.g. change management, release management, incident management, problem management, configuration management)
· Must be good with facility management standards/best practices.
Working Hours 8.30 am to 6:00pm (including 1 hour lunch break), 24/7 Standby Support if required, Not exceeding 44 hours per week. If required need to support after office hours and weekends support.
