The Role
You will work closely with HR Business Partners to assist in the HR functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection and offboarding. You will also be providing administrative support to the HR department.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process which includes job postings, CV screenings, arranging interviews with candidates.
- Prepare new hires’ employment contracts, onboarding documents and new hires’ monthly announcements on the intranet.
- Monitor the work passes and confirmation due date of employees including contract renewals.
- Prepare staff passes for new employees and update the organization chart when necessary.
- Update new employees’ data into the HRIS and ensure it is accurately maintained.
- Administer the offboarding process of resigning staff such as exit clearance and exit interviews.
- Responsible for assigned office administration duties including but not limited to purchasing of office stationery, first-aid box supplies and ordering of fruit baskets.
- Other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
- A team player, self-motivated, independent, meticulous and detail-oriented.
