As an interior decorative products’ sales executive, your role would involve combining your knowledge of interior design with your sales skills to promote and sell our green and sustainable cork-based wall and floor finishes products and other related products to clients. Your responsibilities might include:
1. Sales: Present products or services to potential customers through face-to-face meetings, virtual presentations, phone calls or emails. Proactively identify potential clients of HDB flats, commercial and retail sectors, presenting and promoting our range of renovation products
2. Client Consultation: Understanding clients' needs, preferences and budget through consultations to recommend appropriate design solutions.
3. Product Knowledge: Staying updated on the latest trends, materials, and products in the interior design industry to effectively advise clients and make sales.
4. Relationship Building: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors and other stakeholders in the industry to generate leads and referrals. Address customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
5. Project Management: Coordinating with designers, vendors and other team members to ensure the smooth execution of projects from concept to completion.
6. Networking and Marketing: Attending industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to expand your client base and promote your services.
