Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to grasp project requirements and objectives.
- Craft visually appealing designs for digital and print materials (event banners, promotions, social media graphics, presentations).
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and effectively convey the desired message.
- Stay updated on design trends for top-notch visual content.
- Work closely with clients to understand design preferences and integrate feedback into final deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring consistent deadlines are met.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to Execute and Conceptualise from client requirements to Final Art
- Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, especially for high-end brands.
- Ability to articulate designs and ideas.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and impactful designs.
