Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, reliable and customer-focused individual to be one of our pioneer members of our team as a Drink Kiosk Assistant Manager (Full-time) / Service Crew (Full and Part-time). We need someone who is enthusiastic and eager to help shape the direction of our operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the founding team, contributing ideas to establish our brand and building strong relationships with our customers from the ground up.
Location: 1 min walk away from Maxwell MRT station. Please note that while this kiosk is not air-conditioned, it has a very manageable size of about 8 sqm.
Starting date: estimated starting in July 2024
Operating hours: 10am to 10pm (tentative)
Responsibilities of Assistant Manager
- Ensure smooth operations of the kiosk with compliance to product quality and safety standards;
- Oversee daily kiosk operations and manpower planning;
- Menu optimization including presentation of drinks and food;
- Admin duties, but not limited to:
- Inventory management;
- Supplier management;
- Sales forecast;
- Invoices consolidation.
- Hire, train and provide feedback to the team;
- Investigate customer feedback on service and product quality;
- Ensure smooth opening, handover and closing in each shift;
- Step in to help with daily operations (listed below) when necessary.
Responsibilities of Service Crew:
- Attend to customers promptly and in a friendly manner;
- Maintain a clean and comfortable kiosk environment;
- Daily operations, but not limited to:
- Opening, closing and handover of kiosk;
- Cashiering duties;
- Basic preparation of drinks (no need prepare coffee or tea)
- Dispense drinks and serve small food items for takeaway (no cooking expected);
- Gather and act on customer feedback;
- Clean and tidy up kiosk.
Requirements:
- Eagerness to learn;
- Adaptable;
- Open to shift work with flexibility provided;
- Experience in F&B or customer facing role (for Assistant Manager role)
- Attended and passed WSQ Food Hygiene Level 1 will be an advantage
Benefits:
Full-time
- Assistant Manager: up to SGD4,500 per month (base + shift incentives + sales incentives + CPF)
- Service Crew: up to SGD3,500 per month (base + shift incentives + CPF)

Part-time
- SGD13/hr on weekdays, SGD15/hr for weekends
