Responsibilities
- Oversee the facility design, construction, and qualification of new sterilization areas, ensuring they are functional, efficient, and safe.
- Manage and supervise contractors and vendors.
- Work with other functional teams to ensure the designed new area fulfill the needs of stakeholders.
- Ensure that all facilities are equipped with necessary safety equipment and that staff is trained to use it.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure all project-related information and requirements are gathered and verified, and furnish them to requestors.
- Manage qualified persons (QP), contractors, and vendors during the design, permitting, and construction phases, ensuring all requirements are accounted for while adhering to the regulations.
- Provide consultation, suggestions, and decisions to cross-functional teams in terms of facility equipment
- Strategize pollution control for new sterilization system introduction and incorporate them into construction design
- Ensure comprehensive Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) is executed by a consultant for the new sterilization system installation
- Ensure explosion-proof assessment is executed by the consultant
- Tender preparation, evaluation, and award to contractor
- Qualification of the new construction build-up based on qualification strategy
- Follow up with a qualified person (QP) to ensure successful submission and permitting from the regulation body not limited to EEOA, NEA, FSSD, BCA and etc.
- Ensure construction and demolition do not affect existing production and business
- Design, purchase, and build services to connect all sterilization system equipment ensuring the system is fully integrated and functional.
Requirement
- 3 Year Experience in Facilities Management
- Bachelors in Facilities Management or equivalent
- Have experience in facilities project management
