Job Description
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, including on-site visits, related to ACMV, HVAC, air-conditioning, and chiller systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offer guidance and technical support to service teams and subcontractors on service assignments, testing, and commissioning.
Maintain and update the service information system for all ACMV, HVAC, air-conditioning, and chiller projects. - Ensure all service and maintenance activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Work closely with different teams to ensure seamless operations and effective service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 1.5 years of technical experience with knowledge in ACMV/ HVAC/ air-conditioning/ chiller
