Responsibilities
- Production of C&S drawings on Autodesk Revit and CAD for various stages of project
- Responsible for quality and timeliness of production
- Responsible to review architectural and M&E drawings for inputs into structural drawings
- Prepare and update 3D BIM models for authority submissions to prevailing codes and guidelines
- Prepare and participate in BIM coordination with clients, consultants and contractors
- Documentation for all issued and received models/drawings, clash reports and RFIs etc
Responsibilities
- Minimally 5 years’ experience in Revit Structural BIM Modelling preferably in C&S Engineering Consultancy Services
- BIM Coordination experience using Autodesk coordination software.
- Experienced in AutoCAD 2D/3D with other BIM related software knowledge will be an advantage (eg. Navisworks, Dynamo, SketchUp, etc)
- Recognized Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Structural or BIM Modelling course.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
