Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm
- Alternate Saturdays after probation period (6 months)
Responsibilities:
- Support Service Manager with daily operational tasks.
- Supervise Sales team on daily performance of spare part and service contract sales.
- Strategize After-Sales Service for improved customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Grow and achieve higher turnover targets in After-Sales Service.
- Monitor and ensure smooth operations of after-sales service administration.
- Plan and schedule technician tasks, including Service contract schedule arrangement and allocation, incoming breakdown repair & ad-hod calls.
- Oversee data entry posting, and billing processes upon job completion.
- Ensure timely renewal of service contracts.
- Perform additional assigned duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering industries or related fields.
- Strong management skills and business acumen, emphasizing entrepreneurship.
- Proactive, self-motivated leader proficient in Microsoft Office.
