Responsibilities:
- Handle all correspondence related to the common property on behalf , ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and issues.
- Keep an up-to-date register of the particulars of property owners and tenants.
- Assist in the procurement and management of insurance policies such as fire, public liability, work injury compensation, and other relevant insurances.
- Notify any notices received from governmental bodies or individuals and to provide copies when required.
- Facilitate applications and liaise with Government Departments and authorities on matters requiring official approval or intervention.
- Manage applications for permits, waivers, and handle appeals.
Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level in any field with 1 year of administrative support experience
- Has an eye for detail and possess a dynamic, committed attitude with strong sense of initiative
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply too!
