Responsibilities
- To be the HR Service delivery contact point for the locations you are assigned
- To provide efficient, high quality HR Service delivery to employees, line managers, and HRBPs in your assigned locations
- Deliver a coherent transactional processing service, providing high quality advice, support to managers and employees and query resolution throughout the employee s life cycle
- Manage all the employee related data entry into the HR System
- Ensure integrity, consistency, and security of all data you deal with
- Perform regular audits and reconciliation to ensure consistency and accuracy of the HR data maintained
- Manage the HR shared Services ticketing tool and ensure all requests/queries are attended to in a timely manner
- Actively contribute to case analysis and Identification of issue trends
- Ensure key performance metrics includmg Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
- Generate timely and accurate HR reports for data analysis and provide insights where applicable
- Identify process improvement opportumties and continuously drive for efficiency in everything we do
- Participate in new technology Implementation, system enhancements and continuous improvement efforts
- Update and maintain all related knowledge management documents (e g SOPs, desk top procedures, and process workflows)
- Work closely with the HR Business Partners and CoEs to facilitate the Implementation of global/regional initiatives
- To support annual HR cycle including Merit, Incentive, Year-end, Audits and the like
- Build strong mutual trust and relationship with key stakeholders and keep regular communications with them to obtain feedback on daily operations
Requirements
- Knowledge in HR SAP Success Factors system
- Good communication skills and a team player
- At least 5 years of working experience within the shared service environment.
