Overview:
As a Sales Support Administrator in our fintech payment gateway firm, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team with our most important clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Support:
Provide dedicated support to the sales team for strategic accounts, ensuring that all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare, manage, and review contracts and proposals for strategic accounts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for strategic accounts in the system. Monitor account activity and report on key metrics.
Market Research:
Conduct research specific to strategic accounts to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the fintech payment gateway sector.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in a sales administration or support role
- Strong understanding of MS Office.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

- Experience in the fintech or payment gateway industry.
