Associate QA (Tuas/1 Year Contract/Up to $4200)
Role Description
Responsible for Document management system
· Assist to manage project update and complete assigned project tasks
· Provide assistance to site users in processing documents in the CDOCs system
· Troubleshoot system-related issues with network team
· Record creation and maintenance for document archival system for site generated paper records
· Perform periodic review for the third party archival
· Manage and maintain archive room
· Create electronic record in Infolinx for each document to be archived
· Assemble scanned/recorded documents for off-site storage
· Retrieval of records for destruction or inspection readiness purpose
· Maintain Signature log for new hire
· Provide Good Documentation Practices training for new hire
· Manage administrative work for DMS i.e.: inventory management for DMS utensils, Verify PO for documents archival etc.

To supports organization's Quality Management System (QMS) program
· To manage QMS sharepoint, smartsheet and keep links and contact names up-to-date.
· To update quality system trackers and make the metric compilation/slides for management reviews.
· To support or lead continuous improvement iniative
To supports Audit and Inspection
Other administrative /clerical tasks
· Assist with Infolinx training and registration for new hire
· Assist with document coordination workflows
· Assist QMS team SME(s) on administrative works/activities as assigned
Education / Licenses
· Degree in Science OR
· Diploma / NITEC in Biomedical Sciences / Biotechnology or related technological field with 2-3 related working experience
Relevant Experience
· Project management experience
· Has knowledge of 5s / process improvement
· Familiar with quality system such as documenet management and archival system
· Proficient in MS office
· Proficient in smartsheet
