Roles and Responsibilities:
· Prepare monthly & quarterly financial reporting to the management.
· Prepare full set of accounts, inclusive AP/AR/GL entries & schedules.
· Check invoices, billing, expense claims, and the related supporting documents and ensure accounting policies and procedures are followed.
· Prepare GST and Income tax reports.
· Ensure accuracy & completeness in financial records.
· Liaise with auditors, tax agents and regulatory agents on audit, tax and any other related matters.
· Assist in corporate secretarial matters.
· Assist in financial & operational matters.
· Assist management in identifying internal process improvements and implementation of internal controls.
· Assist management in new processes and system implementation when required
· Any other ad-hoc work matters.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Degree in Accountancy or Finance, and/or professional accounting qualifications in ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
· Minimum 5 years of working experience.
· Strong analytical skills and meticulous.
· Result Oriented and with strong sense of responsibility.
· Able to work independently as well as being a proactive team member.
· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Accounting Software and Microsoft Office.
