Our client, a global company in the energy and chemical sector, is currently looking for a Procurement Office Administrator to join their dynamic team.
The Role
The role involves updating and maintaining the Meeting Schedule, preparing materials for Internal Board Meetings, organizing and storing information both digitally and in paper format, tracking incoming and outgoing couriers, assisting with company events management, managing procurement, inventory control, and payments, overseeing contract operations including renewals and new contracts, and managing subscription contract renewals, establishing new subscriptions, and handling associated payments.
Your Profile
You should possess at least a Diploma in any fields, with some relevant experience in handling office administrative and procurement duties. You are expected to have good communication skills with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with clients.
