Responsibilities:
- Procurement related admin work, vendor creation, stationery store management.
- Liaise with users and vendors for stock in and stock out.
- Assisting or guiding users on simple enquiries, monthly report generation.
Requirements:
- Min GCE A Level or Diploma in Procurement & Supply, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in data entry and administration.
- Experience in supply chain or procurement related work is added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Resourceful, analytical & meticulous.
1 Year contract (with AWS and annual benefits)
