- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management / Business Admin related field
- 8 - 10 years in HR experiences with min 5 years managerial experiences in handling Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Performance Management and Employees Engagement and Relations
- Experience in MNC global environment, working across multiple geographies and cultures
- Ability to manage full spectrum of HR functions and business partnering to cross functional business leaders on organisation design, policy deployment and implementation of the Company’s HR strategy and priorities
- Good knowledge of employment practices & regulations
- Knowledge in Mercer (IPE), Coaching and Training
- Details oriented and good at reports checking
