Our client in the logistics sector is seeking a Senior HR Generalist for a 6-month contract to join their dynamic team.
The Role
The role involves providing administrative support across various human resources activities, including payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, training programs, and HR Information Systems. Responsibilities include counseling employees and managers on HR-related matters, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and advising on recruitment and selection. The position also entails participating in employee performance improvement and disciplinary meetings, maintaining compliance with employment laws, preparing HR reports, and staying updated on HR trends and best practices.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position. You should be experienced in handling the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, including payroll and recruitment.
