Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Proven 3rd line support experience with SharePoint (on-prem, hybrid, and cloud) and MS Teams/Teams Telephony.
- Expertise in MS Teams, SharePoint Online and On-Premises, IIS, .NET applications, Azure, Windows OS, Azure DevOps Pipelines, F5 Load Balancing, SAML SSO, PowerShell, TCP/IP, networking, Wireshark/Fiddler, SCOM, and Active Directory.
- Experience in a global organization, ideally within legal or professional services.
- Strong commercial awareness and a focus on maximizing business value.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present complex technical information clearly.
- Experienced in collaborating with large, globally dispersed teams.
- Self-motivated learner with a passion for modern technologies and knowledge sharing.
- Pragmatic and results-oriented.
