Job Description
Reporting to the Corporate Finance Director, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of assets across SEA, perform reporting on Data Centre performance, develop strategies to maximise financial returns and performance
- Prepare financial models, due dilligence, support assessment of new Data Centres to be acquired
- Presentation of financials, investment memos to senior stakeholders and JV partners
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitors, perform research, identifying new investment opportunities for the group
- Prepare budgets and ensure alignment to company's investment goals
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree Finance / Business graduate with at least 4 years of experience working in investments and corporate finance capacity
- Industry working experience in Data Centre sector is critical
- High learning capabilities and is technically strong, able to generate financial models and insightful analysis independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident to front conversations with key stakeholders
- Tenacity to excel and is resourceful, familiar with financial platforms and is updated of current trends/market movements
