Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will:
- Be responsible for full spectrum finance activities, develop strategic and operational plans to achieve closing on a monthly/annual basis
- Strong business partner to internal and external stakeholders, including Tax and Audit consultants
- Drive continuous improvements via ERP Implementation, streamlining and automation of processes
- Set up strong internal controls and compliance for reporting and align with Group policies
- Manage a team of 3-4 staff, set key objectives to support their career progression
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Accounting and Finance with at least 7 years of working experience
- Audit trained in a professional accounting firm, prior working experience in a regional capacity with an MNC
- Managerial capacity with leadership experience
- Ability to work under ambiguity, effectively cope with changes
- Keen eye for process improvement, lead automation of processes and ERP implementation
- Business partner with regional finance teams, confident to engage with finance leaders
