About the Role

Zero-Error Systems (ZES) is seeking an efficient and resourceful HR Manager in the semiconductor industry. You will be responsible for overseeing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's strategic goals. You will work closely with management and employees to address staffing, training, talent development, and other HR-related functions specific to the semiconductor industry.


Key Responsibilities

1) Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of semiconductor professionals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific requirements when hiring technical talent

2) Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns and resolving workplace issues.
  • Implement strategies to maintain a positive workplace culture in a highly specialized and competitive environment.

3) Training and Development and Culture:

  • Identify skill gaps in the workforce and develop training programs to enhance technical and soft skills.
  • Collaborate with semiconductor experts to create and deliver industry-specific training.
  • Drive culture of organization

4) Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to attract and retain semiconductor professionals.
  • Stay updated on industry salary trends and ensure the organization remains competitive.
  • Manage company payroll.

5) Operations:

  • Monitor changes in labor laws and industry-specific regulations and update HR policies accordingly.
  • Ensure HR systems are in place for leave management, performance management, payroll management, employee feedback.
  • Manage HR operations functions such as HRIS, payroll, leave management etc.

6) Performance Management:

  • Establish performance evaluation processes that consider technical competencies, project achievements, and industry-specific key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in career development planning for semiconductor employees.

7) Data and Analytics:

  • Utilize data and analytics to make informed HR decisions, such as workforce planning and talent retention strategies.
  • Work with Finance team on HR related grant reimbursements.

8) Any other duties assigned



Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR roles within the semiconductor or closely related industries.
  • Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, technologies, and talent requirements.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, compliance, and certifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and technically complex environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) and HRIS certification is a plus.
