We're seeking highly skilled and experienced programmers to join our growing network of on-demand developers. You'll work directly with clients on a project-by-project basis, providing your expertise to bring their software visions to life.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and define technical specifications
- Design, develop, and test software applications using a variety of programming languages and technologies (specific languages will be listed based on company needs)
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure functionality
- Stay up-to-date on the latest programming trends and technologies
- Effectively communicate progress and challenges to clients throughout the development lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
- Experience with relevant frameworks and libraries (tailor to specific needs)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
