Location: Tuas (Company pick up available - West & North)

Salary: $2500 - $2900 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Working days: Monday - Friday

Working hours: 8:30am – 4.30pm


Overview

The Parts Sales Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the parts team and ensuring the efficient operation of the parts sales process by providing administrative assistance, coordinating parts sales activities and delivering exceptional customer service.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Attend to all incoming enquiries (by phone, WhatsApp, fax, email or walk-in), provide quotations to customers and follow up accordingly.
  • Input customer’s orders into our in-house system / online portal, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Handle administrative work and process of sales orders, delivery orders, invoices and other related documents with accuracy and timeliness via in-house system.
  • Coordinate with colleagues, suppliers and customers for delivery schedules and shipment.
  • Collaborating with warehouse team to reply to customer queries and arrange deliveries efficiently.
  • Handling export matter including prepare customer documents according to freight shipment needs and coordinate with shipping agent.
  • Follow up customer’s payment including outstanding and update to account / finance team.
  • Respond to customer’s feedback & complaints and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Handover hardcopy posted documents to account department and arrange own filing.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager and management team.

Requirements

  • GCE O Level / Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in sales admin or familiar with billing duties will have added advantages
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
