Responsibilities:
- Handle all receptionist duties as well as assist in office administrative matters
- Attend to visitors, suppliers and couriers etc
- Handle incoming calls
- Sort and distribute letters, parcels and incoming fax etc
- Order, monitor and arrange for supplies for office and centres
- Liaise with vendors for regular maintenance and ad-hoc repair matters
- Check centre operations documents
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Team player & also able to work independently
- Possess good customer service skills
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Bilingual (preferably English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking colleagues)
- Full time position only
